ENCHILADAS VERDES
Gracias a mi Amiga del alma: CARI(musha)... he podido comer mi platillo favorito: Enchiladas Verdes, y es muy típico mexicano!!!! y digo gracias a ella, porque hace una semanas su novio hizo un Viaje por trabajo a Alemania y nos envió un "Mega-Paquete" con muchas cosas Mexicanas (por supuesto de comida) que es lo que normalmente todo Mexicano (expatriado) extraña más!!!!!
Tortillas de Maíz, salsas, la famosa "Valentina",chipotles, rajas, Chocolates con Tequila,Frijoles, Tortillas de Harina "Tía Rosa" por supuesto, Buñuelos Bimbo, etc. etc. Era un tesoro cuando tocaron el timbre y al abrir la puerta, estaba ahí parado un tipo de UPS con una caja enorme!!!! y al abrirla fue Extra grande la sorpresa!!!! Gracias Carime y Noé.... por alimentar y saciar mis más extremos antojos de ENCHILADAS VERDES, quesadillas, sincronizadas y otras variantes que pude cocinar con todo lo que me enviaron!!!!!!!!! y Feliz Cumple!!!! (próximamente) mi queridaaaaa!!!!. Así que nada, este fue el resultado.

Thanks to my Best friend: CARI (musha) ... I could have eaten my favorite saucer: "Enchiladas Verdes", and is a very typical Mexican!!!! And I say thanks to her, because it does one weeks her boyfriend did a Trip for work to Germany and a "Mega-package" sent us with many Mexican things (certainly of food) that is what normally every (expatriated) Mexican surprises more!!!!!
"Tortillas de Maiz", sauces, the famous "Valentina", chipotles, rajas, Chocolates with Tequila, Tortillas of Flour " Tía Rosa " certainly, Buñuelos Bimbo, etc. Etc. It was an exchequer when they touched the door and on having opened it, a type of UPS was stopped there by an enormous box!!!! And on having opened her was big Extra the surprise!!!! Thank you Carime and Noé .... for feeding and to satisfy my more extreme whims of ENCHILADAS VERDES, quesadillas, sincronizadas and other variants that I could cook with everything what they me sent!!!!!!!!! And Happy Birthday!!!! (Soon)My Sweety*_*. So anyway, this one was the result.
